How Remote Support Works

  1. Download RustDesk from rustdesk.com - it is free and works on Windows, Mac, and Linux.
  2. Install and open it. You will see your ID number on the main screen.
  3. Email support@parallaxintelligence.online with your name, company, and RustDesk ID. We will send you a secure server configuration file to import.
  4. Once configured, we will coordinate a time to connect. You can see everything we do on your screen and disconnect at any time.

I can not sign in to my portal. What do I do?
Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then sign in again at auth.parallaxintelligence.online. If the issue persists, email us and we will reset your access.
My automation stopped running. Is something wrong?
Automations are monitored with alerts. If something stops, we typically catch it quickly. Check your morning brief for any alerts, or submit a request and we will look into it.
Can I request changes to my dashboard or reports?

How fast do you respond to support requests?
